Transforming Possibilities Principal
Rev. Larry R. Wynn, D. Min. is the principal and founder of Transforming Possibilities, a consulting and coaching service. Larry brings over 20 years of corporate experience and 15 years of religious and nonprofit leadership experience to his work. As a consultant Larry has worked with over 50 churches, religious organizations and nonprofits helping them envision and design their future, build board relationships and capacity, design organizational change processes and structures, and facilitate leadership and staff development workshops and seminars.
As a coach Larry has worked with dozens of ministers, leaders and individuals who want to change their lives. Clients have made significant improvements in their effectiveness as leaders, changed careers to match their purpose, and become curious and courageous enough to be and do what they want. Larry is a graduate of Coach U, a premiere coach training program, and is working toward certification with the International Coaches Federation.
Larry has a Doctorate of Ministry degree (2001) and three master’s degrees — MBA (1985), Master’s of Peace and Justice (1991) and Master’s of Theological Studies (1997). Larry is a Licensed Unity Teacher and an Ordained Minister. Larry has been certified by Corporation for Positive Change in Appreciative Inquiry (2007). In 2009 Larry completed a yearlong spiritual adventure with the Nine Gates Mystery School.
Larry merges spiritual principles and cutting edge technologies like Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, Nonviolent Communication, HeartMath, Radical Forgiveness, Open Space, and Integral Practice into his work. His major interest is in helping people and organizations transform to a new level of possibilities. He enjoys working with clients who are ready to envision a bright future. He has a unique interest in the consciousness raising and culture shifting that he observes is often necessary to achieve a new level of being. Larry reads widely on these topics and brings the latest in research and thinking to his work.
