Transforming Possibilities, Inc. is a capacity building organization dedicated to working with churches, religious organizations and nonprofits to help them achieve their dreams. Engagements may be for a weekend retreat, workshop or a long-term process. Topics of engagements include:
- Creating an updated strategic plan with review of mission, vision and values,
- Building skills and capacity of Board of Trustees or Leadership Team,
- Facilitating healing and reconciliation,
- Assessing present organizational capacities and generating alternatives, and
- Coaching and nurturing key leaders.
